Suggest a better description1. Place fish, skin side down, in a baking dish. Pour lemon juice over it. 2. Combine the Almost Sour Cream with chives, or other fresh minced herbs, if desired, and spread on top of fish. 3. Cover, and bake in a 375 F (190 C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes (less time with thin fish). Uncover, and bake for 5 minutes longer. Grind pepper over the fillet, and serve. NOTES : 1.
