Creamy Orange Fluff Recipe

Creamy, fruity and refreshing, this is a really easy recipe, it can also be used as a salad or a dessert!


1 package orange gelatin; 6 oz.
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained; each can 11 oz.
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained; 8 oz.
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed; 6 oz.
1 package cream cheese, softened; 8 oz.
1 cup cold milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix; 3.4 oz.

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice concentrate. Coat a 13-in. x 9-in. dish with cooking spray; add gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Spread over orange layer. Chill until firm.
