Ming Tsai
1. Pre-heat a fryer or wok filled 1/2 way with oil to 400?.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, corn meal, Old Bay Seasoning, and slowly add the soda until a pancake batter consistency is achieved.
3. Dip each oyster in the batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes
4. Season lightly with salt.
