Pre-Heat Oven to 375(F) degrees
Mix lightly beaten eggs, dressing, cream cheese & 1 and 1/2 cups cheddar cheese(save 1/2 cup for topping) together until large lumps are gone
Mix in spinach until consistent.
Spoon into greased 2qt Casserole dish. (Shallow dish is preferred, especially if doubling the recipe.)
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake 25 minutes, uncovered.
