This sandwich is made with croissant bread and sandwich toppings and tuna. Just for extra, if you like, I like to add some jalapeño sausages too.
1) Cut the croissant in half horizontally.
2) Open the tuna (I recommend Chunk White Albacore Tuna In Water) add mayonnaise (however amount you want, but if you add too much, it will get watery) and mix it together with a spoon. This will be the base of your sandwich.
3) Fry your eggs well done and while you are frying your eggs, if you decide to add jalapeño sausages, cook those on the skillet too. (Your sausages don't have to be jalapeño flavored. I like mine jalapeño because they give a spicy kick to the sandwich)
4) Place your cheese (any kind is okay) on top of your tuna base and on top of your cheese, add your fried eggs and then top it with your sausages. Then close the sandwich with the other half of your croissant.
You don't have to use all these ingredients in the sandwich. You can add more or take ingredients out. Sometimes, instead of tuna, I put canned chicken breast. When you put in the canned chicken breast, you also add mayonnaise and when you mix those together, I break the chicken breast so that it looks like tuna.
