Beat slightly 4 eggs
Then beat in: Sugar, salt, nutmeg, scalding milk and vanilla
Oven at 450 for 15 mins then 350 to finish. Can be baked at 425 for same time.
Pie done if knife comes out clean.
Serve slightly warm
