Best oatmeal-raisin cookies I have tried
1.) Preheat over to 375
2.) In large bowl, beat cake mix, brown sugar, margarine, shortening, water, cinnamon and egg with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute or until smooth
3.) Stir in oats and raisins with a spoon
4.) Put 1 teaspoon of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
5.) Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minutes and then remove from cookie sheets to finish cooling
