Cook bacon and onions in frying pan and set aside.
Mix eggs, pepper and salt to dip pork and plate with bread crumbs. Fry pork in frying pan with butter. Cooked almost completely.
Put the cooked schnitzel in casserole dish. Put cooked bacon and onions over meat. Put cream and mushrooms in & spring with salt & pepper.
Bake for one hour at 380.
