Light, flaky crust made with egg & vinegar
Blend flour & salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles small crumbs. Beat eggs slightly; add vinegar & ice water. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir with a fork until moistened. Shape into 2 equal balls. Roll out on floured surface. Makes 2 pie crusts (9").
