this Glutenfree recipe is great for anyone on a GF diet.
preheat oven to 350 degrees F. mix all ingredients together to form dough. if mixture is too sticky to handle, add extra sugar. roll dough into 1-inch balls,place on ungreased cookie sheet a couple of inches apart. dip fork into sugar, use fork to make criss-cross pattern on cookies,gently mashing them down. bake for 7-10 minutes or until edges of cookies start to look dry and top is slightly golden.let cool for 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
