Ingredients

Are you making this? 
4 slices bread
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/3 tsp Salt
pepper; (adjust depending on liking)
1/3 cup vinegar
water

Servings  

Preparation

Pour water into pot.

Add in vinegar and add in eggs into pot.

Leave to boil for 10 minutes until cooked.

Trim off skin of bread (optional)

Cut eggs into small pieces.

Place into small bowl and add in mayonnaise.

Add in salt and pepper to taste.

Spread egg mayo thickly onto a slice of bread.

Cover with another slice of bread.

Do so with the other 2 slices of bread.

Serve, enjoy.
