Perfect for family breakfast! Mix up the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning. This is great for holiday mornings when you're up early to cook but still need to feed the herd when they roll out of bed!
Mix eggs, milk, cheese and butter.
Cut bread into small cubes. Do not include crust as it will not soak up the mixture as well.
Layer baking pan with egg mixture and bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight in baking pan.
I spread more cheese on top before putting it in the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (Until top layer of bread is brown)
