Suggest a better descriptionPut eggplant on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray, then spray a little on the top of eggplant.
Place under broiler for 10-15 minutes.
In a casserole dish, put a little tomato sauce on the bottom and then layer eggplant, mushrooms, onions,tomato sauce and spices.Keep layering until you reach the top.
Cover and cook for one hour at 375F.
