Suggest a better descriptionGrind Spam or process in food processor using chopping blade, until finely chopped. Combine Spam with bread crumbs, bean sporuts, onion, ginger, and pepper. Using about 1 tablespoon for each meatball, shape mixture into 24 balls. Place on rack in shallow baking pan; bake in 425 degrees oven 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Spear meatballs on cocktail picks and dip into hot Far East Dipping Sauce. Far East Dipping Sauce: In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Serve hot. This recipe yields 24 meatballs.
