Suggest a better descriptionAfter mixing and trying I think some red pepper would be a nice addition (or maybe chipoltes)! I was bored tonight so I decided to try to duplicate the Hogs Breath seasoning that I used last weekend. Piece of cake! After I got the mix to what I thought was right, I did a blind taste test with the family. They only difference was the darkness of the spice mixes. The hogs breath was a touch darker (age maybe?). Only comment that there was a difference was mine was a touch more garlicy. Give it a try, it be good! The batch size is pretty small since I was just experimenting so you may want to increase.
