Mom & Dad's recipe.
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Rub both sides of steak with bacon grease.
Add salt and pepper.
In a HOt skillet, seer until brown (3 minutes each side).
Use tongs to turn. NO FORKS.
Before 2nd 3 minutes is up... put cookie sheet in oven to heat.
Place steaks on cookie sheet and cook for 8 minutes.
Put on cutting board and cover with metal bowl for 5 minutes.
