Kids love this sweetish Filipino version of Spaghetti! Great with toasted garlic bread.
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with a little olive oil then set aside. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil then brown the ground beef over high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meat becomes tender. Add the sliced hotdogs and cook for about 2 minutes. Pour in the spaghetti sauce and bring to a soft boil. Adjust the seasonings. Lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Toss the noodles with the sauce then sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
