Marinated flank steak.
Put everything in a ziplock baggie, and squeeze the air out. Let marinade for at least 1 hour (I prefer 3-4 hours)
Preheat oven with metal baking pan to 500ยบ
Place meat and marinade in pan, cook for 7 minutes.
Flip meat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Bring out of oven, slice on a diagonal, and let stand.
Serve with chopped green onions on top as garnish (optional).
Serve with steamed broccoli with hollandaise sauce, and or garlic smashed potatoes.
