Suggest a better descriptionMix together garlic, salt, oregano, basil, thyme & pepper. Stir in onion, lemon peel & lemon juice. Tear off 1 sheet of 18" heavy duty aluminum foil twice length of fish plus 3"; place foil in baking pan with half the piece extending over the edge. Place fish on foil; pour marinade over fish.
