Make your favorite Omelet with any filling you like.
The fastest breakfast ever....
Heat Butter on a high heat on a skillet.
Combine two eggs and mix them well adding salt, pepper and herbs.
Right before putting the egg mixture on a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of cold water, mix again and pour in the skillet.
Using a heatproof spatula, move the cooked mixture to the center and allow the uncooked mixture to flow into the bottom of the pan. It will take about 3-4 minutes before using a spatula and starting from the handle side, fold one third of the omelet over the center. With a heated serving plate in one hand, grasp the skillet in the other, palm up and tilt so the omelet rolls over onto the plate.
Enjoy!
You can add the fillings to your omelet. As on the picture you can sees that the mushrooms were used as a filling.
