Combine and mix all ingredients.
Crumble on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Stir and crumble again.
Set aside 1/2 cup of batter.
Press remaining amount in a 9x13" baking dish.
FOR FILLING:
Combine all filling ingredients except whipping cream.
Beat on high speed 10-15 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Fold in whipped whipping cream.
Spoon over crust.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of batter crumbs.
Freeze 6 hours.
