This was one of Grandma Currie's standbys, she usually had some of them in the freezer for when we would show up. Also one of Dad's favorites. This is almost a frozen desert, keep them in baggies for a quick snack or addition to a meal.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and brown sugar. Stir in the yogurt, pineapple and banana slices.
Place papers in muffin tins and add 2 or 3 sections of mandarin oranges in the bottom of each cup.
Fill each cup about 1/4 full. Cover and freeze.
Store in freezer bags. Makes about 18 muffins, 1/4 full.
