Flavorful, tasty chicken and it's healthy too!
In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients. Flatten the chicken. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add garlic to pan and sauté 1 minute. Sprinkle the chicken with dry ingredients, add to skillet and sauté until golden (about 6 minutes on each side). Drizzle with lime juice. Cook 5 minutes more, stirring frequently.
