Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor. Add about 1 cup of water or chicken stock and blend until smooth. If is doesn't seem to be blending well, add 1/4 cup of water till it starts moving freely. Place in container, drizzle some chili oil on top. Makes 5 cups.
