In a small sauce pan, melt on low Gorgonzola, butter and pinch of pepper. Blend until creamy with a wooden spoon.
Stir in Parmesan and heated cream.
Keep warm.
Add gnocchi carefully to boiling water. Stir and cook briskly. When they come to surface, remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl with the sauce.
Stir well to coat with sauce an serve immediately.
