Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute Onions in butter until almost tender. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain grease off of meat mixture. Add 1 can of tomato soup. Salt & Pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Top meat mixture with one can of french cut green beans. Top green bean layer with a layer of 4 cups of your favorite prepared mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
This recipe is easily adjusted with any of the ingredients to suit your taste. My family loves extra mashed potatoes and cheese.
