Mix flour, the ice cream and the hot melted butter.
Make into a ball.
Take it out, wrap up in aluminum foil and put it in the freezer at least overnight.
When ready to use, defrost.
Flour a big pastry board or wooden board.
Cut the dough in half and roll it out.
Spread apricot preserves over the dough until it is all covered.
Sprinkle with the plumped raisins, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll it up.
Roll it length wise so it has less rolls. Tuck in the ends so it doesn't seep out.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Repeat with other half.
Oven 375 degrees, until light brown on top.
Sprinkle rolls with sugar and cinnamon. Slice up while still warm.
