Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine until transparent. Add remaining ingredients except cheese & spaghetti. Simmer 20 minutes spoon enough of mixture to cover bottom of 8 X 11 pan. Cover with uncooked spaghetti. Cover with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake before serving.
