Yummy side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas meal!
"I made this corn pudding as a side dish for my Christmas meal. Just because it's called
"pudding" doesn't mean it's a dessert. Everyone loved it! This is a simple and delicious recipe.
Grandma's Corn Pudding Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Add melted butter, sugar and milk.
Slowly whisk in cornstarch.
Stir in corn and creamed corn.
Blend well and pour mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
