Suggest a better description-Start with a boiling water in large pot.
-Need a pie plate, strainer, slotted spoon, small frypan for melting butter, large oven proof dish with lid for keeping noodles warm.
-Crack 4 eggs, beat and slowly add flour and stir in milk as necessary.
-Fill spaetzel 3/4 full and press noodles into pot going back and forth across pot as you go.
-Cut noodles off and immediately stir post slightly so noodles don't stick together.
-Let noodles cook for a min or until they look done.
-Put kettle on.
-Remove with slotted spoon into a strainer.
-Add browned butter to nooldes, stir and put in casserole dish in oven (at 2000 to keep warm.
-Add boiling water from kettle to the pot for next set of noodles.
-Double recipe for 4 or more people.
