Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 9x13 pan; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, flour, salt, chocolate syrup, and vanilla until well blended. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brownies test almost done with a toothpick. Let cool completely.
In a small bowl, stir together 1 Tbsp. creme de me the mad 1 Tbsp. chocolates liqueur. Brush mixture on brownies; let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, beat together remaining 1/2 cup butter powdered sugar, remaining 2 Tbsp. creme de me the and mint extract on medium speed until smooth and light. Spread frosting on brownie layer in pan; set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring whipping cream to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes without stirring. Stir until smooth. Stir in remaining 2 Tbsp. chocolate liqueur until blended. Cool for 15 min. Spread over mint frosting layer. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set. Cut into bars.
