This is a wonderful mix of rice, chicken, and lemon flavored broth.
Boil a whole chicken in a large pot for one hour. Remove and shred chicken. Mix 5 eggs and 3 the juice from lemons in a bowl. Refill the pot to 3/4 and brink to a boil. Add 2 cups of rice and boil for 15 minutes. Add 4 oz of chicken boulion. Slowly add some broth to the lemon egg mixture and stir to prevent curdling of the egg. Slowly pour into the pot. Add your shredded chicken and enjoy!
