Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot, brown diced pork in 2 tbsp of oil and cook until most of liquid is gone. Add flour and brown for about 10 min. Add tomatoes, chilis, garlic. add salt and pepper to taste. Fill with water until 2/3 full. Simmer for 1 hour.
