Grilled Broccoli with Chipotle-lime Butter and Queso fresco

6 Tbs Unsalted butter softened
1 Tbs Tabasco sauce
1 Tsp Honey
1 clove Garlic finely grated on microplane
4 Heads Broccoli cut into large florets
1 Cup Queso fresco cheese crumbled
1 Grated and zest of one lime

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



In bowl stir softened butter with the lime zest, lime juice, Tabasco, honey and garlic and season lightly with salt.

Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and season with salt. Grill over medium highest turning until crisp and tender and lightly charred about 8 minutes.

Transfer to platter, toss with lime butter and top with Queso fresco cheese.
