Cook the corn, cool and cut off the cob.
Put kernals in a bowl and add tomato, garlic, scallions, green pepper, cilantro, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice ollve oil and water. Stir well and set aside.
Grill or broil the chicken. After it is cooked, slice thinly.
Divide the lettuce between 4 plates. Arrange chicken slices in a fan shape on top and surround with the salsa dressing. A sprinkling of sliced almonds would also be nice.
