SALMON: coat grill pan with cooking spray; preheat pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Spread butter over top side of each fillet and season both sides with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
Cook salmon 4-5 minutes on each side, turning fillets just once, until no klonger pink inside. Divide salmon among 4 plates. Top each fillet with some of the reserved sauce. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon slicesbefore serving.
