Suggest a better descriptionseason salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil in plastic sealable bag until sugar dissolves. Put fillets in bag and turn to coat Put in refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat grill. Cut lemon into slices. Lightly oil grill grates. Place fillets on grill and place lemon slices on top of fillets. Flip fillets half way through and spoon left over marinade onto fillets. Fillets are finished when they flake easily with a fork, Approximately 6 minutes each side
