Suggest a better descriptionHeat butter until just melted then take off the heat. Add worcestershire, lemon juice, and dill and mix well. Drop salmon in and mix around until all sides are covered well, or use a basting brush and cover salmon. Pour any leftover on the salmon and spread around.
Grease a broiling tray with the oil, and place salmon upon it, skin side down if using fillet. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°, then broil for 5 minutes, taking care that it doesn't get burned or overcooked.
