Suggest a better descriptionMix the pork, garlic, and onion. Crumble into a skillet and cook over medium heat until pork is cooked. Drain, then stir in the honey barbecue sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes. When ready to serve, toast the buns and spread honey on the inside of each. Spoon pork mixture onto the buns and serve. Kitchen Staff Tip: For a great homemade Honey Barbecue Sauce, combine the following ingredients in a large saucepan: 2 pints vinegar, 16 oz. ketchup, 16 oz. French or Western Salad Dressing, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. ground red pepper, 1 Tbs. ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 cup honey.
