Tex-mex style guacamole.
Peel and dice the avocados and place in a bowl. Chop cilantro and juice limes into bowl. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Lemmon pepper to taste. Use a potato masher and mash the mix until desired consistency. Add tomato and onion and mix with a spoon. Re-season to taste.
Taste frequently and season accordingly. Make sure avocados are ripe.
