Suggest a better description1 Mix onion, spices, lime juice, salt, tomatoes and sour cream together to combine.
2. Add avocados, mix with fork and mash to desired consistency. I like small chunks of avocado.
3. Add extra ingredients to taste.
Make day of since the mix will brown quickly. I have made day before and vacuum packed it.
Chile powder – I make my own chile powder from whole Guajillo(Mild), Ancho(mild) and Pasilla(hot) and grind in a dedicated coffee grinder. I believe it makes a difference. If using bottled chili powder add both regular chili powder and either Ancho or cayenne to add heat as desired.
