Comfort food that is easy to make
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
Cook beef and onion together in frying pan over medium high heat till brown.
Drain fat. Add frozen vegetables and beef broth. Cover and simmer 10 minutes
Add mushroom soup and seasonings and let simmer another
10 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with prepared mashed potatoes.
Bake for 30 min. Place on a cookie sheet in oven in case of bubble over.
You can switch the ground beef to pork or turkey. Very versatile dish
