Suggest a better descriptionBrown lean ground beef and onion, drain. Add butter and let melt. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder for thickening. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in soup and milk and simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving add tater tot topping or sour cream and serve over noodles or rice.
