Great stroganoff you can make with turkey or beef (preferably grass fed beef). Very low in fat and only 5 ww points per serving!

"A little salty, next time I'll skip the extra salt. I also used Greek yogurt and whole wheat noodles. Very filling for low cal!"

Ingredients

8 oz lean ground beef or turkey
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cups egg noodles; cooked
1 10.75-oz can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion soup (you may have to add a little water). Stir in cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and salt/pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving.

Very easy & delicious. I would suggest using low sodium onion soup mix, which I'm going to do next time.

So good- I sautéed fresh mushrooms instead of canned and used whole wheat egg noodles. Delicious, will make again!
