Ready in 20 minutes
Great stroganoff you can make with turkey or beef (preferably grass fed beef). Very low in fat and only 5 ww points per serving!
Brown ground beef and onion soup (you may have to add a little water). Stir in cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and salt/pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving.
TristaLynn 2y agoA little salty, next time I'll skip the extra salt. I also used Greek yogurt and whole wheat noodles. Very filling for low cal!

CMarshall3 3y agoSo good- I sautéed fresh mushrooms instead of canned and used whole wheat egg noodles. Delicious, will make again!
