Place fillets in a single layer in a large skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt and garlic powder. Place mushrooms over fish. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove and sprinkle with paprika.
