This is so easy and everyone loves it
Cook shells while you are making sauce everything should be ready around the same time
in a sauce pot soften onions and celery in oil
add soup to onions & celery
add cheese to soup mixture
stir until melted
add cheese mixture to shells... (you may not want to add it all and you can save any extra sauce I freeze it)
add tomatoes
you can serve it as soon as your done... or you can put it in a dish and bake it with some bread crumbs on the top until it forms a crust...
