1. Preheat oven to 300 convection or 350 regular oven.
2. In mixer combine cake mix, sour cream, oil and eggs.
3. Mix on low speed for one minute.
4. Scrape and mix on medium speed for two minutes.
5. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
6. Drizzle the honey on top of the batter.
7. Sprinkle with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
8. With a knife swirl through the ingredients to blend slightly.
9. Bake 38-40 minutes.
10.Glaze cake while still warm.
Glaze:
1. Combine glaze ingredients.
2. Pour over the top of the hot cake.
