Suggest a better descriptionPeel and remove the core and slice pineapple 3/4 inch thick.
Put in shallow dish.
Combine honey and lime juice in small bowl.
Brush all sides of pineapple with honey/ lime juice mixture.
Marinate 2-8 hours.
Pre heat grill to medium.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over pineapple.
Grill until golden brown- about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Serve hot or at room temperature with scoop of ice cream in center.
