Suggest a better descriptionBlend mayonnaise, horseradish, bread crumbs, garlic, anchovy and pepper in a food processor. Dredge rockfish in flour then coat with horseradish mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Dill-Dijon Butter.
