Cook your turkey burgers and remove from pan or grill. In a saucepan, heat up and melt butter on medium high, once melted add hot sauc, turn heat down to low heat. (Stand back and don't breath it in unless you want to complete clear your sinus cavities!!)
Put turkey burgers into the pan and coat them with the hot sauce.
Toast hamburger buns and then put them on plates.
Mix sour cream with blue cheese well. Depending on what you like you can crush the blue cheese crumbles so it's smooth or leave in the chunks. Spread half of each of the 4 buns.
Add turkey burgers. Layer on the rest of the blue cheese mix on all 4 burgers. Add slide of red onion, and then lettuce.
Top with top bun and you are done!!
